Help with running 7 day count

I'm the manager of a gas station and I have a spreadsheet that lets me track my fuel gallons sold for every day of the month. I need a formula that will calculate a total of the last 7 entries (minus the current day) that I've entered in. I've searched all over and can't come up with anything on my own.

I've attached the spreadsheet to make it easier to understand.

    For example...

The last entry on my spreadsheet is 6612 for Friday's fuel gallons. In cell I10, I want the sum of cells D4 through H4 plus cells B5 and C5.

Now when I enter in my gallons tomorrow (for Saturday), I want the sum of cells E4 through H4 plus cells B5, C5, and D5.

Is this possible with a formula or would this require some sort of VB script?

    Thanks.

    Try this version.

It creates a vertical table of values based on what is entered into your monthly table. Using the vertical table, it will give a running total for the first 7 days of the month then the previous 7 days starting on the 8th day.

    Wow, thanks guys.

I ended up using mdbct's and modified it so at the beginning of the month, it still gives me a running count based on the last week of the previous month's gallons. So each month can carry into the next.

The new one is attached. It has September and October in it and it works great.

    Thanks everyone for your help.
