    Automatically Making cell Active

    I have 5 columns namely Col A, Col B, Col C, Col D, and Col E and 50 rows in my sheets.
    I make measurements for each column for over each row and then move to the new row and so on.

    I am writing a small VBA script such that every time I enter a data in Col E I automatically move my cursor 1 row down and back to Col A.

    However everytime the cursor moves two rows down.

    Can any tell me what I am doing wrong?

    I suspect you have Excel set to automatically move one cell down after you press ENTER.
    Either turn that feature off...or:

    You might need this in the Sheet Module for the sheet you want to control.

    Right-click on the Sheet tab and select View code.

    Paste all of the above in the resultant VBA pane.
