You cannot unmerge a cell that was not merged. (This is different than Microsoft Word, where you can split a single cell in a table.)
Beyond that, it is not possible to give you ideas for your situation without seeing your file. Can you attach it?

I can't see how the workbook matches the image.
Looking at the image it seems to me that you should arrange the data properly so that you can use Excel's database tools

sorry, is unmerge the cell and not unmerge the value. after unmerge the cell , then i can put a formula into it. i have attach the one i need, but i insert column, then merge the product every quantity, is too many step to arrange the data. If got good idea simply my job is appreciated.
You need to organise your data in a way that it can be used for calculations. Excel does not split cells they way you describe.
You'll do yourself a favour if you organise your spreadsheet in a simple data table and then use another sheet to do reporting and calculations.
If you don't follow that simple rule, don't be surprised to come upon roadblocks.
