Search data by date, only by month and year

Hello everybody,

I have an example sheet in http://www.sendspace.com/file/uvpz26

and i'd like to make on tables 3 and 4 as the same as tables 1 and 2. For each date on table 3 there'll be ONLY ONE (or zero) match date on table 4. And (here's the difficult!) only month and year must match in both dates, i.e., on table 3, jan/03/2010 must match with jan/dd/2010 (dd can be any value, only month and year are important), but, alwayws there'll be only one match, never more than one.
