Is it possible to use SUMIF and add totals together based on 2 (or more) conditions in a row?
See example.
I would use pivot tables usually, but have to use changing percentages in the original table for this project.
Thank you much,
Roger!

SUMIFS() in XL2007 and beyond allows you to sum based on multiple conditions
e.g.
=SUMIFS(D2:D13,A2:A13,2008,B2:B13,"GM")
sums column D based on condtions in columns A and B matching.
You can replace the conditions with cell references containing them just like with SUMIF
Where there is a will there are many ways.
