Excel 2007 : I would like to create 3 conditional formula

Hi
Previously i posted a question for a 2 variable formula and got help by the forummer here.
However i need a formula that can house 3 variables.

This is how it should be for the "meal allowance" column

Each user can only received $5 meal allowance per day after end time is more than > 2030. Which means if they did not work beyond 2030 hrs, they will not entitle meal allowance that that day. I hope i am clear on my question

I fail to see which 3 conditions you are talking about. I only see one, namely working later than 2030

2 other conditions are each users is only are $ 5 per day

Which three conditions?

The employee will get $5 meal allowance if

1. -- they work longer than 2030
2. -- ??
3. -- ??

the $5 is not a condition. The $5 get applied if the conditions are met. So, what are they?
