VLOOKUP- making the table array a reference to a tab

here's a tricky one (simplified example attached).

I have a couple of tabs with the same lookup range in each of them. You can see what i'm trying to do in the file. Is it possible to make the table array for say cell B3 reference to cell B2 someway and copy the formula to the right?

It seems simple enough but just not cracking it.

    Many thanks
