Filtering 3 lists of strings (names, email) for duplicates.

So I'm an intermediate programmer, but am pretty spanking new to Excel and so I am open to various kinds of help.

I will be repeatedly getting lists of people via csv. The three identifiers I'll have for each person are their first name, last name, and email address. Each is it's own column.

What I need to do is place a function on each of these rows that checks for duplicates after adjusting caps. All duplicates would then be flagged, maybe by an additional column, with the end goal of getting only one of each person.

Thanks very much for any help offered.

Can't you just click the Remove Duplicates icon on the Data ribbon?
