Data Validation link to pivot automatically update

Hi guys,

I'm having problems in linking my data validation to my pivot tables. Can someone assist me on linking my data validation to my pivot tables? I have Attached my dummy file for your reference.

If you are going to type the supervisor's name, why you don't use the COUNTIFS function instead of a Macro + PT?

=COUNTIFS(List!$E$2:$E$510,A5,List!$A$2:$A$510,$B$2)
