Generate a list that match a criteria

If I have a two columns, Column A is the company number and Column B is the group number. Is there a way in excel to bring up the members of a group? I want to have a list of all company number within the group 400 to run vlookups to calculate the total profit for each and compare it to the total to ensure no new facilities have been added.

    A B
    100 500
    101 400
    102 500
    103 400
    104 500
    105 300
    106 300

    EDIT:

The SUMPRODUCT() formula can do this:

    =SUMPRODUCT(--($A$1:$A$100=100), --($B$1:$B$100=400), $C$1:$C$100)
