Autosum content of 3 separate workbook

This company has 3 branches which has 3 separate inventory quantity list.

I need to merge them into 1 Master File that sum up the total of the various product quantities.

    Methos Tried

I used the PASTE LINK method to get the Product Code and QTY from one of the BRANCH A, and did the same for BRANCH B and BRANCH C.
This way, I can get a dynamic updating each time the Branch worksheet is updated

Then Sum Up all 3 quantity of the product.

    My problem:

    - the number of products will be added from time to time
    - tried to copy empty sales to prepare for future product adding, but it will produce ZERO in the Master file.

The master file needs to be updated regularly, so was looking for a simpler method. please help. thank you

Check the attachment for the file. 4 excel files in the zip file.
MASTER FILE, BRANCH A, BRANCH B, BRANCH C.

I set 5 products as example.

if the ZERO you want to make it blank,
format cell, Custom, enter this code :
    0;0;;@
When you want to update the master file, you just copy down the formula you make.
