    Choropleth map, RGB values

So I am trying to make a US choropleth map of the united states. I have found some tutorials online on how to do this in excel but would like to make a change that I can not figure out.
I have three variables which are all a ratio of each other. Therefore, I have given each state an R, G, and B color value. I have looked at the results and these colors give a good indication of the ratio. How do you program a color with RGB in excel? I have three columns, one for red one for green and on for blue. I would do this manually but need to do this many times.

    Any advice would beg reat
