Conditional Formatting Help-is there away to apply this formatting down the entire co

I am trying to use conditional formatting to identify non-matching values in to separate columns (i.e. values in column D should equal values in column L). I know how to use conditional formatting to create a custom equation to apply formatting if one cell doesn't equal the corresponding cell (i.e. D3<>L3). However, is there away to apply this formatting down the entire column? So that if D4<>L4 formatting is applied. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I figured it! I simply need to use relative cell references throughout the formatted column rather than fixed cell references
