Pivot Table Help

DA,

I have a huge list of data showing monthly invoices per customer however the breakdown is diagonal. I would like to see it as one row showing the total invoicing per customer per month (please see 2nd table to the right). How can I make it with a pivot table?

I dragged the Tenant to Row Area and each of the Monthly items to the Data Area.. then when the Pivot table was created.. the Months for each Tenant were displayed below each other.. to make them columnar, I simply dragged the grey Data button in B3 over to the right one cell, it automatically converts the PT to columnar... yes, a Pivot table trick
