    CONCATENATE Based on Formula

    I need to take a value from Column O and have it perform a function/formula in Column K where it takes the number (percentage) and concatenate's it to format a 7 digit format. For example:

    Column K Column O
    0.039 = 0000390
    0.039 = 0000390
    0.039 = 0000390
    0.039 = 0000390
    0.039 = 0000390
    0.039 = 0000390
    0.05 = 0000500
    0.05 = 0000500
    0.05 = 0000500

    I need the forumla because there are about 2000 records that this needs to happen to - and I want to be able to drag down. However, some values from Column K won't be the same number of digits, represented by the percentage that they are - but they would then need to move over.

    Example: Percent (2.75% = 0027500)

    To me it is not clear what direction we are going in?

    Are we changing format 0027500 to 0.0275 or from 0.0275 to 0027500?
    Where there is a will there are many ways.

    I am sure someone like shg can come up with a more mathematically inclined approach, but I think this seems to work:

    or

    where K1 contains first percentage to change.
