more checkbox question

Hello everyone,

I have multiple checkboxes in one worksheet. is there a way to connect them between themselves to, example if (in one group, not all of them) i click checked one, other ones from that group are disabled and cannot be clicked on?

else if that is too complicated than at least if i check one other one is checked too...
