Looking up copying data.

I have one long spreadsheet that has a non-unique contract number, with unique product number. Since products can be in multiple contracts, and multiple products can be in one contract.

So to simplify Row 2, Column A has contract number, if I update Row A, column d, later down that contrat is on Row 352 Column A, I want column D for this value to update.

If you see on attached worksheet, column C Row2 has no value, however Column A Row 2 matchs Column A row 25, so the value in column C Row2 should be the same as row Column C row25
