Cool Auto filling cells based on drop down menu selection

    Hello,

I am trying to create an excel sheet for our chef to be able to count the different type of meals to be cooked by that certain days menu.

I have created a list with the different days meals as well as put the individual daily menus on tabs of their own.

I want the user to be able to select which meal they are preparing for and then the cells below will populate with that meal type and items to go with the meal.

I have attatched what I have thus far... any help would be great.

You need to create lists of meals without empty rows, then use Data Validation lists & VLOOKUP
    Hope that helps.
