Formula needed

Hi guys,

here is a question I have regarding a formula:

pink 65 $5
pink 42 $0
pink 0 $0
blue 87 $5
blue 63 $1
blue 5 $0
red 26 $0
red 4 $0
red 9 $0

For the first pink, blue or red which is over 50, you get $5 bonus. For the second one over 50, you get $1 bonus. If it is under 50 you don't get anything.
I need a formula which can give me the numbers in the C column automatically.
