    Sum Cells in Mulitple Worksheets

I'm trying to do a year to date total in a workbook with 26 worksheets. Right now I have an insanely long formula =sum('PP 01'!E4+'PP 01'!L4+'PP 02'!E4+'PP 02'!L4+....) up to PP 26. Everytime I sit there and mess about linking worksheets by clicking on each one and the individual cells in each one, I keep thinking "There has GOT to be an easier way"!!

I haven't figured out a formula that works though. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Yes, try:

    =SUM('PP 01:PP 26'!E4)+SUM('PP 01:PP 26'!L4)

where PP 26 is last workbook.
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Perfect! Thanks! I had the same formula, but too many quotation marks and exclamation points which explains why it wouldn't work.
