Unhappy Parsing "table" data from a PDF

    Hi all,

I have a PDF here from which I'd like to convert the data into a table in Excel. I've been trying to use the Text To Columns feature but it's not working out for me. It's hard to explain because I can't upload a sample PDF, but essentially the data inside looks something like this:

Please Login or Register to view this content.
If I copy and paste this into Excel and use space as a delimiter during Text To Columns conversion, the problem lies in the location column, where some entries don't have a value. This pretty much messes up the order of data and rows will have shifted data. Basically all I need is the last column, the $ amount, since I need to sum all of it up to find total.

Is there some way to workaround this so that the last column stays intact?

Thanks for any help! Much appreciated.

    Hi,

You can use paste special as text.
1st select the data from PDF and then paste in to excel using paste special.
