On the attached sheet screenshot, I'm wondering if there's a way for only the rows with room total > 0 to display? Ideally, to shift the Red line up to the bottom of the last room that has a total >0 (hide all irrelelvant info?)

use auto filter on that range, which i have no idea what it is since you attached a useless picture and not an excel workbook!

I'm new to Excel, but will look into auto filter.
