Name as repeated value for use in a chart

I'm sure I've seen it, but I havent come up with a working way yet

I want to create a name to use as the YValue on a scatter chart, basically I want my Y axis set to -20 for each X Datapoint.

I tried =(row(indirect("1:"&count(data)))>0)*-20 but I guess arrays dont work!
    Regards
    Darren

Lol, as usual I come up with a solution 2minutes after asking, but there is probably a better way!

    =(FREQUENCY(ROW(DataTable[Value]),ROW(DataTable[Value])))*-20
