Count by full status

Hola,

I am new here and hope you can help me also with my bad english.

I have a list of manufacture with the status.

I need to count only manufacture if all the status have "X".

I will attach a file with some examples.

The list is not sort and must leave like it is.

I do not know macro language so please try to show me formula.

Assuming you want count of unique terms but only where all instances of given term are X then:

translate function names as nec. (ie SUMAPRODUCTO,ESNOD,COINCIDIR,CONTAR.SI)
