    macro disabled

    hello

    i have embedded a macro, when at close of a file, it prompts a "sign-off/ yes or no" ordeal....

    -now ive noticed my colleague had his macros disabled and so the popup box never appeared.....is there a way around this? if so can someone pls tell me as its urgent, thxs

    Your colleague can create a Trusted Folder to keep the file in. This applies to versions from Excel 2007

    thxs, i did add trusted locations, but i usually send the file out to ppl on the field that are not on the server.....is it possible for the macro to work if they have "disabled macros"....pls help, thxs

    Only if you purchase a digital signature or use the method of hiding all sheets except a warning sheet unless macros are enabled
