Excel 2007 : Worksheets Dependant upon Data Validation

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if this is possible.

I have a product page and over 200 products on different worksheets.

What I want to happen is on the data validation on the product page a user can select a product and the corresponding worksheet will come out of hiding.

Can anyone tell me if this is possible and if it is how I can do this?

Hi,

You'll need to build a table of product codes and the sheet on which they are located. Then use a VLOOKUP to lookup up the user selection in the table and return the sheet name.
Finally you'll need a sheet change driven macro to detect when the user makes a change and uses the VLOOKUP result to unhide and then activate the relevant worksheet.
