Update table automatically

I need the table in the attached worksheet to update automatically. For example if Spain's points are greater than Sweden's then i need the table to automatically put Spain at the top of the table and Sweden below and vice versa off course. It's probably easy, but I just don't know how.

How is the point column calculated?

The point column is calculated by the number of games won * 2 and the number of games drawn * 1

The number of games won are the numbers beneath the letter v and drawn are beneath the letter U
