Delete Everything Before and After Characters in String

What function can delete everything before and after in a string?

So for the following example, how can I delete the string "http://www.excelforum.com/newthread.php?do=" and everything after the "&" like "&ip=123.1.865&date=1208"

I only want words between the first = and first & in the strings below. Without the + signs would be very helpful.

A1 http://www.excelforum.com/newthread.php?do=its+hot&ip=123.1.865&date=1208
A2 http://www.excelforum.com/newthread.php?do=excel+rocks+my+life&server=powerful
A3 http://www.excelforum.com/newthread.php?do=i+like+food&ip=123.1.865
A4 http://www.excelforum.com/newthread.php?do=nice&f=asdsad

Any help would be soo much appreciated!
