    Countif with 2 criteria

    This seems so simple what am I doing wrong?


    This is what I have

    =COUNTIF(Table1[Issue],"None" and COUNTIF(Table1[Fully Issued],"No"))

    Are you using Excel 2007/2010? If so you need to use COUNTIFS.
