Lookup help

I need to find the second to last cell in a column with a value and output its value. Is there anyway to easily do this?

Here is how i find the last cell.
=((LOOKUP(2,1/(C19:C43<>0),F19:F43)))

The goal is to subtract the last value from the second to last value.

=INDEX(F:F,MATCH(10^10,C:C)-1)

Quick side note
...that formula only works if the next-to-the-last value cell is contiguous with the last value cell.
