Question Import dates / times into excel

    Hi Everyone,

My company sends me out a schedule for the next 3 weeks what I'll be working. It's very tedious to keep typing dates and times into google calendar. I seen you can import dates from an excel .csv file into it. I tried doing this but I have a problem. When I receive my schedule in email I can't just copy and paste it into excel. Is there a way I can put it in excel properly so I can import it to google? Here's a sample of what they send me

DATE ON OFF CODE ON OFF CODE REL REL
    2010/12/13 0300 0645 WORK 0715 1030 WORK 0500 0900
    2010/12/14 1145 1530 WORK 1600 1915 WORK 1315 1730
    2010/12/15 O
    2010/12/16 O
    2010/12/17 1500 1830 WORK 1900 2230 WORK 1630 2015
