Multiple IF formulas in a cell

Hi all - new to this forum so please bear with me! I would really appreciate any help with this as I am stumped.

I currently have the following formula in C60

=IF(C49=0,"Enter CO2",IF(C32>0,0,(VLOOKUP(C49,$X$147:$Y$159,2)+(($C20-1)*VLOOKUP(C49,$X$132:$Y$144,2)))))+55

I want to add to this that if C59=YES then it should work out the formula as above but if C59=NO then C60 should become 0


Is that possible?
