Report on Data
Attached is a sheet that tracks emails over a period of years. I would like create a report that:
Lists the month sent, Manager, and number of times each response type shows up for each manager.
C1: 1 (For 'No Reponse' in January)
D1: 1 (For 'Approved' in January)
E1: 0 (For 'Terminated' in January)

Perhaps like the attached doc which has two helper columns on sheet named 30...
