Unhappy How to unprotect a workbook if the password is lost

    Here is my situation:

I have a very complex workbook that is accessed by many people on a daily basis. Because it is accessed by so many, the workbook is protected to prevent accidental changes from being made. This workbook was created 5 years ago, and the original author does not remember the password to unprotect the workbook. In the last 5 years, some changes have been made that need to be reflected on the workbook.

So, my question is, how can I unprotect the worksheet? There are many, many macro's at play on this sheet that operate off of buttons for the users. Rebuilding the workbook is not really feasible.

Sorry, but per forum rules we can't help you crack passwords.
