    Enable ribbon tabs

I have a XL file in which many tabs in the ribbon are disabled, dont know what went wrong.

E.g. Data >>> data validation, remove duplicates, from access, group, subgroup, subtotal,

Insert >>> pivot table, picture, clipart

Dont know what went wrong. Any pointers ?
