    Conditional Formatting

    Hello,

    This is my example data:

i have a 'planned' VS 'Actual' set up so for example we have 3 branches with 1 vehicle each:

Branch 1 - Planned KM's is 134, Actual KM's is 150 thats a difference of 16. What i need is a forumla, maybe with conditional formatting that works out the difference in % between the planned & Actual. If the difference is MORE THAN 10% then i want it to flag up a red fill or red font or something?

I guess this may be pretty simple but i cant work it out lol

    Thanks for your help

    I have attachted an example

    Re: Conditional Formatting

    try this formula in B32

    =1-(B20/B8)

Condition format would be a Value of Less than -0.1

This will flag up those Planned values less than Actuals
    Cheers

Hi thanks for the response this works fine but on the conditional formatting bit, is there a way i can flag if there is a difference of more than 10% rather than if the planned is less than actual? Thanks
