Print settings

Hi,

I have a work book with 5 different sheets. I wanna print all the pages with the same print settings(Page setup settings) mentioned in the first sheet (For eg: Page setup, Header and footer mentioned in the first sheet should reflect in all the other sheets of the workbook). I already tried out by selecting all the sheets and applied the above procedure but not working out.

Anybody pls help me out.

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!

If you select all respective sheets and then define the page setup, the sheets will all have the same print settings, i.e. orientation, headers/footers, etc.

If your file does not work out this way, please post a data sample in a workbook.

Actually, I tried this way first. I have selected all the sheets then selected "Print Preview" and made the settings by selecting "Setup".

Then I tried by selecting all the sheets-->File-->Page Setup and made changes, and it is working fine now..
