    Not working correctly.
    Additional Notes :
The Database is not static, will always update

@Blastranger, I suggest reading the above back to yourself and then consider how helpful it is to those trying to assist you.

All I can say to that is: that's a shame.

If you want us to help fix this why not tell us why / how it's not working - better yet post a sample file to demonstrate ?
(for ex. it won't work if you have anything other than 2 entries per item but that was the implication given original sample file - perhaps this is not reality - we can't tell given what we've been told thus far)

    Thank you donkey,
your formula on column C has inspired me to modify the formula of column D
so that my previous formula is working correctly now.

That's great but you'll have to explain how the suggestion doesn't work - if I enter the formulae suggested into your sample (where suggested) it generates the exact same results.

    OK.
    see my attachment.
    Try change one of those A B C D E F G value.
For example one of the A change to B and the number change to different from the other B number. So there must have 3 B value with 3 kind of number in the list.

And also try change another. for example the number.
Which is what I mean the database is not static. Maybe I use wrong sentence to describe it. Sorry

And so, given this fact the approach you have adapted (ie the amalgamation of Key concept alongside already existing COUNTIF & SMALL idea) is the right one.
