Auto-sizing a list surrounded by borders

    Hi.
I recently uploaded an example of a finance document that Im working with.
Its going really well and Ive got one good question that I need answered.

One of two lists (4 columns, 55 rows) is supposed to be manually resized (add or remove rows) based on the amount of transactions. The list itself is bordered.

What Im looking for is a way of automatically sizing that list and its borders so that its always 2 rows larger than the amount of transactions. (If there are 25 transactions the list is supposed to be 27 rows high.)
When I add a transaction I want the list to resize and its borders to follow with it.

I suppose i includes some sort of offset or table function.
The attachment includes 5 lists where the most left list is what Im looking to auto-resize.
Cell B5 to E59 includes all transactions and thats the "field" i want the list to resize after.

Is there a way of doing this?
    Thanks in advance!
