pivot table display data in separate columns

    Hi,

Does anyone have an idea how do I put the date and time in two different columns in the attached pivot table?

    Thx in advance,

    Re: pivot table

Click in the Pivot table, then go to the Pivot Table Design Tab. Click Report Layout and select Show in Tabular Form
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Or right click on one of the dates within your pivot table and select "Field Settings" and then "Layout and Print" and unselect "layout and print next field in same column"

Right click on the date and uncheck "Subtotal Date" Does that do it?
