Can Multiple Columns Be Frozen from scrolling Vertically

I've been working on a spreadsheet and I am being more fickle than anything about it. But I want to freeze the first two columns and the top 3 rows. The top 3 rows are easy to do with split and freeze pane controls. But when freezing the 2 columns to the left it only stops them from horizontally scrolling. Is there a way to stop them from vertically scrolling?

Hope someone has an idea how to do this. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Try this: select cell C4 then "Window" >> "Freeze panes"

yeah that only freezes the left columns from scrolling horizontally and not vertically.

You can open a second window and show those columns in one.

Otherwise, no.
