MS Excel 2002 Array Formula =large

This is my first time here, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having difficulty finding the correct formula for the Sum of 12 cells but only taking the 8 highest.

What i am doing is taking the sum of 12 months of scores but only the 8 highest for the year.

So thanks in advance if anyone can help me.
