Hi Guys good evening,

In Cell F2, I have the formula below.

=IF(OR(AND(E2>=24,D2<=6), AND(E2<=24,D2>=5,OR(D2=1,D2=2))), "Remove", "")

What this formula should do is... say "Remove" where....

1, where Col E = 24 weeks or greater and COL D is 6 weeks or less
2, Where COL E = more than 5 weeks and less than 24 weeks and COL is less than 2

But it doesnt seem to work. pls see sample attached.

Thanks Conex - worked a treat and i have just spotted my error, the second D2 should be an E2!!
