    Displaying values based on rank

I have a spreadsheet that lists employees and the results they have achieved against a number of targets. Each result is then ranked, so that I can quickly see who is at the top of the rankings and conversely those that are at the bottom. What I want to be able to do is create a dashboard that categorises targets based on the ranking that the employee has achieved under three separate headings: Surpassing target, achieving target and failing target, i.e. ranked 1 - 5 for surpassing target, 6 - 10 for achieving target etc. etc. Is there a way to list each target in this manner?

Click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up a desensitized copy of your workbook.

Mockup your desired results, point out where the results came from if not obvious in your sample data.
