    Un-Naming a named range in Excel 2003?

This is probably easy as pie, but I can't seem to re-name a named range list. I accidentally did it one time, and can't figure out what I did, so that I can do it again....LOL

I selected a single cell and named it "JobNumList", now I need to expand the range to several cells in a column.

    Excel 2003:
    • Insert.Name.Define...
    ...Names in workbook: JobNumList
...Refers to: (navigate to the new range)

    Excel 2010:
    • Formulas.Name_Manager
...Select the name to change...Click: Edit...
...Refers to: (navigate to the new range)

    Does that help?

You can go into the name manager by clicking on the Formula tab in excel 2007 and later, need to search for it in 2003 as i don't remember, once in the name manager, highlight the name you have issues with and either delete or edit it. Deleting will have an effect on any formulas that may be using the name, if you want to change or expand a name, click edit and in the next screen in the referes to box reselect the required range then click ok
