Using Large function to transfer information

have the following table and I have used the large formula to select the three highest scores from column 3 into a separate section of the spreadsheet. However I am trying to write a formula that will transfer the corresponding title from column 1 to go in the cell above these three values. Can anyone help?

    1 2 3
    a Mollification 12 48
    b Cutoff 24 72
    c Entitlement 20 69
    d Power Orient 21 72
    e Sentimentality 22 62
    f Superoptimism 16 54
    g CogIndolence 20 60
    h Discontinuity 26 74

Hi shooganooga and welcome to the forum. What is involved with your name?

Find the attached sheet which may do what you need. It will work unless you have duplicates for Largest.

Thanks for the formula, unfortunately I need an option that can manage having duplicates as well. It is proving to be a bit of a challenge!
