timesheet max/min sum as negative

please see attached timesheet.in P12 it shows flexi.Staff work 37 hours per week and occasionally worked overtime/flexi.in P12 it works out if more than 37 hours are worked per week, however sometimes staff work less tahn 37 hours per week and owe the company time back.how would i be able to show in column P12 if they owe time back as in worked 35 hours so that week that owed 2 hours that needed working back ?

What do you mean by " how could I show that..." ?
Do you want to highlight if time is owed back? Indicate the difference if negative ?

FWIW using merged cells will cause trouble to extract data later if needed

I mean that i want teh s/sheet to show any overtime they worked.
e.g worked 38 so worked 1 hrs overtime
and also if they worked less hours than they are contracted to (37 per week)
e.g work ed 35 hours so owe 2 hours back .
does that make sense ?

Is the attached what you need ?

The text in Q11 will change depending on overtime/owed time
I also removed the cell merging and replaced it with "center across selection"

Thanks for that thats great, however, is there any way to show as a plus or negative as each week/month i want it to carry over so if on say week one they owed 3 hours i want that to carry on to the next week.please see attached.cheers tho
