automatically update master sheet with information from other sheets

this is my first post so please forgive me if i lose you guys.

my master sheet (named STATUS Board) is going to have 21 ACFT listed on it showing in alpha cell, rows 6,8,10,12 and so on till row 46. Row b is going to have status/possesion codes which were input with conditional formatting to reflect current codes with proper colors. i.e FMC (green), NMCMC (red) and PMCMG (puke yellow). these are not all the codes but i gave three basics to give a better understanding. the possesion codes are done with conditional formatting as well i.e BQ and DO. Cells D,E,F,G,H will contain the pertinent information i need to show on a recurring basis. Sheet 2 (status tracker) is essenitally the same thing as sheet 1 except i will be keeping these as a type of history to be printed and filed away. this sheet contains multiple rows i need sheet two to automatically update sheet 1 when i input information into it . the only thing i dont need to have transferred over are the workers intials in cell G. the only other thing i ask is that when that when i type FMC in the status block of sheet 2 i do not want any of the information to show on sheet 1 as this means there is nothing wrong with the acft. now i havent decided if im going to make 21 of the same products for all the ACFT and leave them in sheet 2 or if im going to make 21 different tabs with named after each ACFT but i need to know how to make each seperate sheet i make update its applicable ACFT with the latest information on sheet 1 (STATUS)

my next thing is i need to calculate the FMC rate of all the ACFT based on a 100% scale i.e if all jets are fmc the fmc rate is 100%. if 10 of 20 jets are broke then fmc rate is 50%. now to go along with that is the possesion code. if it shows cc then i currently own that acft but if its anything other like DO,DM,DJ, or bq then that acft is does not belong to me and is not accounted as part of my fmc rate. say i have 10 acft and one if them has a posession code of DO then i really only have 9 acft. i need to have this info ( the percentage rate) shown in cell j were the percent sign is ( the rows are merged).

heres a listing of what status's are accountable and not acountable when it comes to the fmc rate

    fmc-accountable
    nmc- accountable
pmc-not accountable ( same as fmc just shows degraded system)

now there are alot if nmc and pmc conditions so if i could just have a formula that would take into account the first three letters of these conditions and do the math for me that would be sweet but it also needs to account for is the acft has a possesion code that belongs to me.

i have attached an example of what im trying to do. any ideas are greatly appreciated as i am no good at all with excel
