Interlinking Worksheets Via Macro's

To Understand what i am trying to do it's better if you download the excel sheet.

When you open the excel sheet you are greeted with the "Select Student" screen.
The first Button Year 2 Marking is working.
What i would like to happen next is the "GO" button looks into drop down box and see a name such as "John Smith" and then takes the user to the John Smith worksheet. And underneath is an Add Student what i was wondering is if that every time you Type a Students name then press Add if it's possible if every time it does that it will make a new worksheet in the same template as the John Smith Worksheet but with the students name as the worksheet title and where it says John Smith on the worksheet.
