calculating 1 of 2 cells not both

Hello I'm having issues figuring out how to calculate info. on cell E32.

I either need to multiply E26 with E30 on cell E32 or multiply E30 with E31 on cell E32...

Either E26 will have the cell filled or E31... not both.

Oh and any help on calculating the P&I and Interest due on cells e42 and e43 I would appreciate..

    You could use this formula

    =E30*IF(COUNT(E26),E26,E31)

or if you are certain that only 1 of those cells will have a value just sum them, i.e.

    E30*SUM(E26,E31)
    Audere est facere
